Questions, answered
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
Not to join. Anyone who loves our jewelry can earn 15% on their sales. Gifted pieces go to the creators we select for a collaboration: see the criteria above. A smaller account with a very engaged community often has a better chance than a big one.
Can I just message you on Instagram?
Of course. Send us a DM @stardust_gift with your account and the pieces you love. We will answer your questions and send you the sign-up link.
How much can I earn?
You earn 15% of every order placed with your link or code, calculated on what your followers pay. For example, 10 orders of €45 bring you €67.50. There is no cap.
What do my followers get?
10% off their order with your personal code, on top of our free worldwide shipping and signature gift box.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are confirmed once the 14-day return period has passed, then paid out every month by PayPal as soon as your balance reaches €50. A smaller balance simply rolls over to the next month.
Which piece can I choose as a gift?
Selected creators choose one piece worth up to €45 from our collection. We wrap it in our signature gift box and ship it for free.
Do I have to post about my gifted piece?
We simply ask for at least one post, reel or story featuring your piece within 30 days of receiving it. If you join without a gifted piece, there is no posting commitment.
Where can I share my link and code?
Anywhere you talk to your community: bio, stories, posts, videos, blog or newsletter. Please don't run paid ads on the Stardust Gift name and don't post your code on coupon websites.
Can Stardust Gift share my content?
Yes, and we always credit you when we repost. By joining, you allow us to use the content you create with our jewelry on our website, our social media and in our ads.
Where can I follow my sales?
In your ambassador dashboard. Log in anytime to see your clicks, orders and commissions.
I have another question.
