Are your stones natural?

Yes. We work with natural gemstones, chosen one by one for their color and clarity.

Can I choose the chain?

Most of our pendants come with a choice of chain, in 45 or 60 cm (same price):

• Silver tone: Link or Wave stainless steel, or Star sterling silver 925
• Gold tone: Star gold plated stainless steel, Wave or Star gold plated sterling silver 925

Some pendants are only offered with silver or with gold chains. Choose your option on the product page.

Is my order gift wrapped?

Yes, every order ships in gift packaging, ready to give.

How long does shipping take?

See our shipping page for processing and delivery times by country.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Put your jewelry on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off before swimming, showering or sport. Wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth. Store each piece separately in its box, away from direct sunlight: some stones, like amethyst and rose quartz, can fade over time in strong light.
