At Stardust Gift, we want you to be delighted with your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return.
Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@stardust-gift.com within this period.
Returned jewelry should be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
You may inspect and try on the jewelry as you would in a physical store. Any handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning may result in a deduction for diminished value, where permitted by applicable law.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized jewelry and items made to the customer’s individual specifications are not eligible for the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, where the applicable legal exception applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or does not conform to your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be issued within the legally required period, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Any reimbursement of the original delivery costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@stardust-gift.com with your order number and photos of the item.
We will be happy to help resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
