All orders ship from our workshop in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared, elegantly packaged, and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

- Express Shipping — €30
Express shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days
- Selected International Destinations & Remote Regions: 20–35 calendar days
Extended International Delivery
Delivery to certain destinations, including Mexico, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), India, Guyana, Fiji, and other remote regions, may take approximately 20–35 calendar days.

Please note that tracking updates may occasionally take time to appear, particularly during international transit.
Customs & Import Duties
